About Us
California Education Assistance Inc. is a California non-profit corporation qualified as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization. CalEdAssist intends primarily to focus its efforts on equity in education. Together with a partner, it is currently assisting enrollees in a pilot program featuring holistic coaching at a California community college. CalEdAssist has an active grant-making program. Mission Statement
CalEdAssist’s Mission is to distribute resources to non-profit organizations that provide critical services to California students in support of opportunities for an equitable education, including completion of post-secondary education and achievement of career goals.
Vision Statement
CalEdAssist’s Vision is to be a catalyst for advancing equity in education and to provide educational opportunities for all students in the State of California. We are flexible in assessing need outside our focus area, but our principal focus is to assist California students in achieving a post-secondary education and career goals.
